It was boy's night out for Kanye West and Jay-Z. The pair partied at the nightclub Goa for West's official afterparty following his "Glow in the Dark" tour performance at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live. Famous guests such as Paris Hilton, Benji Madden, Rob Kardashian and Adrienne Bailon had already come and gone by the time the rappers showed up around 1 a.m. A solo Jay-Z - clad in a hood, sunglasses and no wedding ring - arrived first and bypassed the red carpet. West entered the club about 10 minutes later and joined his friend in a center booth overlooking the dance floor. West smiled and greeted partygoers while clutching a bottle of Absolut 100 vodka, the event's sponsor. West and his fashion designer fiancee Alexis Phifer recently broke off their engagement, according to a report posted Monday on People.com.

One of the most eagerly awaited movies of 2008, TASHAN has aroused curiosity through the tight-lipped promotional strategy coming out of the Yash Raj camp. The movie marks a departure for the production house, who typically unleashes their lavish promos and red-hot music months in advance of the film's Friday opening. Guitar-playing-rocker Khan compares the banner's silence to one of his favourite bands. "The marketing of TASHAN is similar to the way Led Zeppelin released their fourth album without any publicity at all, which then went on to become their biggest hit," Saif assures.
21 dead as wedding party boat capsizes
Pune, April 24 (IANS) Twenty-one members of a wedding party were killed when the boat they were travelling in capsized in the river Neera near Pune, according to police. The tragedy occurred near the Bhatgar Dam Wednesday evening, according to Pune rural police. Among the victims, 14 are said to be from the same family. Police said massive rescue operations have been launched. .
